Home Group is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy to carry out surveys of its Supported Accommodation residential portfolio. The surveys will be used to develop an up to date and comprehensive asset register to inform strategic asset management decisions, its 30 year business plan and planned maintenance programmes. Key areas of this commission will include: — Coordination of pilot surveys, review and final agreement of survey design, — Presentation and communication of information to regional operational colleagues, — Design of survey implementation programme (national geography), — Implementation of survey programme (stock survey and SAP), — Compliance with Quality Assurance process, — Review and final submission of data.
