308 - Vending Machines

Tender description

The University is seeking to tender its current vending facilities that are located across several areas of the campus. The university is seeking to source a competent vending supplier to manage all areas of vending e.g. Snacks, hot and cold drinks, across the estate. We require 3 separate accounts to service the University being Catering@Aston, Sport Aston & Student Union details of the current / required machines have been attached to this project. The aim of this tender is to create a much improved vending service that extends the vending offer to a larger proportion of the population through innovative machine placement and marketing, a refreshed range of vended items for sale, improved servicing of machines and a robust maintenance regime. We require a fully managed service with commission on sales paid to the relevant account on a monthly basis. The level of commission paid should in instances where machines are currently self- filled, reflect as a minimum the current profit levels. Keywords: Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, Snacks, Vending
