Can you please clarify the following: 1) Day rate (inc. or ex VAT)? 2) FCO policies on expenses for this role? 3) Will FCO sponsor SC via FCO Services for successful candidate? 1) - Day rate is excluding VAT2) - The role will be based at HSP and no additional expenses expected or to be paid.3) - We expect the candidate to have SC at the very least and we will be transferring that over. We won't be sponsoring a fresh SC application because of time constraints 2. Please can you be more specific on location? Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes MK19 7BH. This is the full address. 3. Hi We have noted that price is 60% evaluation. Can you clarify whether you will be using price as a deciding factor as to whether you will be taken to the stage or not. IE if we tick yes to all the boxes and come within the budget of £550, can it be assumed that we will be invited to the next stage? Thanks Suppliers that meet all the essential skills will make the next stage ( irrespective of the day rate submitted ). Price will be a main deciding factor. A minimum of 5 suppliers will be selected to the interview stage. It's likley they will be the suppliers who submitted the lowest day rate within the budget of £550. We cannot guarantee that will include the supplier who has posted this question due to the anonymity of the DOS process i.e we don't know who has posted this question. 4. Are we required to submit anything prior to the closing date of Friday 3rd February such as a CV, a work template or SC clearance details? Not unless the DOS Supplier instructions requires it. After this request closes and we have the list of applicants that made it through to the selection phase, the shortlisted suppliers will be asked to provide work history ( CV ) and security clearance details. 5. Please can you clarify the next stage of the assessment process? Will it be to complete a Skills Matrix or CV and SC Clearance details? CVs and SC Clearance details of the shortlisted suppliers from the list of applicants will be requested and reviewed. Then interviews will be arranged by the Project Team.
