Request for Proposals in connection with Green Assurance activity for the UK Green Investment Bank

GIB is seeking proposals from firms to provide independent assurance of its reported green performance for the financial year 2016-17. For the reporting year, GIB needs to obtain appropriate assurance in relation to: • Corporate GHG emissions: Limited assurance to ISAE 3000 or appropriate equivalent standard of its reported corporate GHG emissions footprint for travel and office energy consumption • Portfolio Green Impact data: Limited assurance to ISAE 3000 or appropriate equivalent standard of the following reported Green Impact metrics (on an Annual Actual, Lifetime forecasts, and Average Annual forecasts basis) for projects in the portfolio: o GHG emissions reduction o Renewable energy generated o Energy demand reduced o Materials consumption avoided through materials recycling o Waste to landfill avoided
