Tender description
The Council is inviting organisations to bid for the opportunity to provide one or more activity/event /display on specified dates throughout the year on the Stray. This is an area of open land in the town centre owned by the Duchy of Lancaster but managed and maintained by the Council in accordance with the provisions of the Harrogate Stray Act 1985 and the byelaws made under the Act. The Council expect to receive a fee for the grant of a licence to occupy and use the Stray for the period of the event or events.
