PROVISION OF DESIGN TEAM SERVICES OPENSHAW, HARPURHEY AND WYTHENSHAWE DEVELOPMENTS

Tender description

The LTE Group via The Manchester College (‘The Employer’) has the requirement for a single economical operator (‘The Supplier’) with relevant capacity, capability and experience to provide a design team service for the design and delivery for Openshaw, Harpurhey and Wythenshawe Developments Masterplan. The high level output for this commission include, but may not be limited to: Core Design Services Architect and Lead designer Landscape Architect (Registered with the Landscape Institute) 3D fly-through, fly-overs and 3D internal/external images Planning consultant Civil, Structural and Highways engineer Building Services Engineer BREEAM Assessor Services deemed to be included in the above roles Fire engineer (within the Architects role) lighting designer (internal and external) (within the Building Services Engineers role) Acoustic consultant (building and space function within the Architects role, plant and services acoustics is part of the building services role) Environmental Consultant (part of the Architects role) Highways consultant (part of the Structural engineers role) The employer does not intend to appoint other specialist designers or consultants therefore all specialist area are to be included in the above, e.g. kitchen design, sports pitch design, etc. refer to the scope of services The Tender is for a full one-stop-shop design team and you are requested to include all design services to deliver the project as described.
