Tender description

The Organization is launching this open call for tenders with a view to the conclusion and execution of a contract, the objective of which is the supply, delivery and warranty of ICT Equipment in one or several of the countries taking part in the WAPIS programme. At the end of the present open call for tenders, the Organization shall draw up a list of maximum 3 approved suppliers. The Contract that the Organization shall enter into with the Contractor(s) shall form part of a project implemented by the Organization within the framework of a contribution agreement reference T05-EUTF-SAH-REG-03-01 entered into with the European Union (represented by the European Commission) which is funding this Transaction. This project is entitled ‘Support to the strengthening of police information systems in the broader West Africa region’.
