Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are to commence a Procurement exercise to put into place a replacement framework agreement for Manhole Covers and Gully Gratings. The annual spend is estimated to be 50 000 GBP per annum however this is not guaranteed. The framework will be awarded initially for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further 3 12-month periods, each on a year by year basis. The intention is to award to a sole supplier, however if 1 supplier cannot meet the council's requirements then it will be awarded to additional participant(s). The details set out in this ITT are given in good faith and believed to be correct. However RMBC warrant the accuracy of those details and each Tenderer should make its own appropriate enquiries.
