Summary of the work Stakeholder engagement ensuring that Authority GFx, delivery plans, designs, equipment all delivered to agreed time-lines, including security certification of users , installation locations. Manage supplier. Manage ECR process . Maintain, track plans Manage submission of SORFs, SON, SOR, Site Change Requests, purchase requests ,Business cases, Financial Authority spend. Specialist role Programme manager Expected Contract Length until 12/12/2017 Latest start date 13/02/2017 Maximum Day Rate up to £400 per day for the right candidate. Who Speclialist Work With Current project team consists of 6 project managers What Specialists Work On The overall objective of the post is managing the delivery of the capability to multiple sites and support for the AS IUS voice and Video projects and programmes within its project team ensuring a common process, methods and tools are used. The post holder assists the AS IUS Voice and Video Project lead to deliver and maintain site performance monitoring and reporting, engaging with site stakeholders addressing all aspects of site engagement and capability delivery. Skills & Experience • APM or PRINCE 2 Project Management Qualification - 30% • Recent experience of implementing information and communications technology (ICT) projects in a higher security domain - 30% • Knowledge Of JSP 604, JSP 440, ECR process - 30% • DV Clearance - 10% Nice to Haves • Experience of MoD & ISS processes and governance - 20% • Experience of working with a ICT deployment Programme - 40% • Team and collaborative working style - 40% Work Location Based in Corsham, Wiltshire, but will require travel to additional site locations in the UK Working Arrangments 5 days a week (37 hours per week) within a bandwidth of 08:00 - 18:00. No expenses will be paid. All resources will be provided access to the organisation's IT system and no utilisation of personal or company laptops will be permitted. Security Clearance Individual must hold current & valid ' 'DV' clearance in order to work in the project or have access to IT Systems. DV Clearance details (valid from and to dates and SC Reference number) are to be submitted to Natalie.Maddox-Hussain238@mod.gov.uk prior to the closing date of this requirement. This is one published requirement for 5 posts that are exactly the same. In accordance with the DOS Specialists rules; each company/agency is able to submit CVs for a maximum of 5 individuals (one per contract on offer). 2. Who should submit evidence? Evidence should only provided by bidders that can confirm yes to all Technical and Nice to have experience. Any responses unanswered or has not confirmed yes will NOT be considered. There is no variation in this request the DoS system will also reject submission and the Authority will not have site of response. 3. Where and when do I submit my evidence? IMPORTANT NOTE: All responses MUST be received by the MoD Commercial Officer [Natalie.Maddox-Hussain238@mod.gov.uk] by 23:59 on the on the closing date of this procurement. Responses after this time will not be considered. 4. What format must Evidence be in? Evidence must be in CV format. All CV’s MUST be provided in Portable Document Format (.pdf). The CV file must be in the following format: ‘YYMMDD_CCT305_SUPPLIER NAME_Candidate Name_CV. Responses in any other format will NOT be evaluated. 5. What is the maximum number of pages of CV and Font Size? The maximum number of pages per CV is 4 sides of A4 in Arial, font size 12. Any CV which is longer than the specified limits will be truncated and only the [4] four sides of A4 will be evaluated. 6. Can bidders include Links within CV or embed or attached files to email submission? No. The response should be ‘self contained’ i.e. do not link to external information as it will NOT be evaluated. Do not ‘embed or attach’ files or other ‘objects’ within any of the documents or to your email response – they will not be opened (nor evaluated). 7. Will all responses automatically be evaluated? NO. THE AUTHORITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RESPONSE WHICH IS HAS NOT FOLLOWED THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS OR IS OUTSIDE THE BUDGET ENVELOPE. 8. Do candidates have to hold current DV Clearance? YES, this is due to the sensitivity of the material. When submitting your candidates CV you are also required to submit the following information; DV Valid From Date, DV Expiry Date and DV Reference. 9. What is the procurement timescales for this requirement? The timescales are as follows; Deadline for applications 2359 hrs on 30th January Deadline for CVs and SC Details 2359 hrs on 31st January Interviews will be held w/c 13th February in Corsham, Wiltshire If you have not been notified that your candidate has been successful in securing an interview by 1700 hrs Tuesday 07th February presume this means your submission will not be taken forward. 10. Please can you confirm that the figure £ 400 is total charge to client. The Authority will pay a company/agency NO More than UP TO £400 per individual per day per requirement. 11. Are you looking at awarding one contract? NO! We will be issuing 5 individual contracts in accordance with the DOS Specialist rules and therefore we will not restrict companies if they don't have 5 individuals to put forward for the posts. 12. **PLEASE NOTE** - T&S T&S will be paid for off-site working in accordance with Civilian T&S Policy - we will not exceed published costs. 13. Can you clarify how much travel their will be to other UK sites. And confirm no T&S will be paid ,resulting in individual incurring personal costs.
