Leeds Grand Theatre and Opera House seeks tenders for the provision of :- -Architect and Principal Designer services -Structural, M&E Services and Fire Engineering services for the next stage of development of this prestigious project to conserve and improve the historic Hyde Park Picture House in Leeds. Hyde Park Picture House is one of the country’s most distinctive and historic cinemas. It is the only gas lit cinema remaining in use in the UK and the oldest purpose built cinema in Leeds; opened in 1914, the Grade II listed building boasts many original features, including its operational gas lights and a decorated Edwardian balcony.
