Tender description

The Service will provide help and support to individual residents in the North Area of Cheshire East, who have a housing related need. It will cover a wide range of activities and behaviours, including; homelessness prevention; assistancewith life skills; budgeting; maintaining tenancies; arranging repairs to enable people to remain in their own home and helping people to understand the consequences of their actions, for example, getting along with neighbours; coping with rent arrears and avoiding eviction. This Service will contribute towards the Council's strategic objective of ensuring the good emotional health and wellbeing of residents in Cheshire East with housing related support needs.
