Norfolk County Council wishes to set up a multi-provider framework agreement under the Light Touch Regime for Home Support Services in North Norfolk. This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. The Framework Agreement will be used to arrange both individual packages of care and multiple packages of care. The intention is to work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce travel time wherever possible. The number of providers on the Framework Agreement will depend on the capacity and coverage of the highest scoring providers and their willingness to cover new areas.
