Essex County Council is seeking to secure a number of providers to deliver a range of supported accommodation services for young people within the following categories: — Semi-independent accommodation. — Provision for unaccompanied asylum seekers who fall under the duties of the Local Authority (UASC). — Individuals and families with no recourse to public funds (NRPF). The Council currently envisages that these services will be subject to a single procurement exercise, under a number of lots. However, the precise split of these lots is subject to final confirmation, therefore the proposed content of the lots within this notice are provided for indicative purposes only and the Council reserves the right to alter this position prior to the commencement of the procurement process. The precise composition of this procurement will be confirmed via the publication of a contract notice in due course. The procurement for these services will be conducted under the light touch regime.
