Tender description

The NHS Commissioning Board, known as NHS England, (London Region) the Contracting Authority, (hereafter referred to as ‘The Authority’) is seeking to procure suitable providers of Primary Care Services, who are capable of undertaking GP contracts in London, within Tranche 5 (T5) of the London APMS Programme. T5 will incorporate 16 APMS contracts across London (see lot detail provided). The procurement process will be managed by North East London Commissioning Support Unit, (NEL CSU) on behalf of The Authority, in connection with a competitive procurement exercise that will be conducted in accordance with a process based on the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’ (as amended).
