GSV1528-Provision of a Temporary Labour Pool

Tender description

The Authority requires a Contractor to provide an agreed pool of temporary staff to work at the House of Commons to assist in fulfilling a gap in short term irregular work demands.\n \n Under its Diversity and Inclusion scheme, the Authority has committed to further work to attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds and to implement initiatives to make the House Service more attractive and accessible to people who might not have previously have thought of working here. As such, the Contractor encourages individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.\n \n The Contractor will have full responsibility for the pool of staff, covering recruitment, payroll, and HR management.\n \n The Contract shall be in place for a fixed period of two years with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
