Tender description

Daa plc wish to engage a suitably qualified provider for the provision of External Audit plus certain Taxation and accounting services for the daa plc group, to include the audit requirement for the group and subsidiary companies pursuant to relevant company legislation and audit requirements for regulatory accounts. daa plc Group operates with strict policies concerning the independence of auditors. This will be a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each, but may be shortened in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
