Expert Support – SEAI Ocean Energy Programme

Tender description

The objective of this RFT was to compile an expert panel of six service providers that may be called on to assist on the delivery of the SEAI Ocean Energy programme. Additionally, the service providers may be requested to provide technical input to the ORESG working groups. Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1.Quality of submission and demonstrated understanding of the requirements (30) 2.Quality, level and detail of demonstrated relevant experience of the service providers and personnel (30), Note: (Tenderers must score a minimum score of 45 in Criteria 1 and 2 in order to be considered eligible for contract award.) 3.Cost (40).
