The land at Cables Way, Prescot, is located to the south west of Prescot Town Centre, partly within the Prescot Business Park and wholly within the South Prescot Action Area. This is a unique location in close proximity to the Town Centre and providing easy access to the M57, M62 and M6 motorways. The site is approximately 9 miles to the east of Liverpool City Centre. The Council is inviting tenders for the site by 9.30 am Friday 28th April 2017. The Section 1 document provides instructions to parties proposing to submit a tender, including timescales and the submission requirements. The Council will evaluate the tender in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in this document and Appendix 4. The Council will evaluate submissions in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria and Framework set out in this document The Council is seeking to select a developer to enter into an agreement for lease and long lease upon receipt of satisfactory planning permission.
