Tender description
The scheme relates to the construction of 20 housing units in Highfield, (The Paddocks), Kilcock, Co. Kildare of varying house type as described below. 8no. - 2 bed, 2 storey, semi detached unit 8no. - 3 bed, 2 storey, semi detached unit 4no. - 4 bed, 2 storey, semi detached unit The site is located in an existing residential area. In 2007, the site was previously developed as serviced sites for affordable housing units. As a result of the units not being purchased, Kildare County Council wish to develop the site. As part of the original work, utilities, drainage and roads were constructed. Due to alterations in the current design, substantial elements of the previously constructed works will be removed as part of this contract.
