It is Fáilte Ireland's intention to use the negotiated procedure to appoint a single party merchandising licensee/concessionaire to become, under licence, The Official Souvenir Merchandising Partner for our Experience Brands. In this regard we are conducting a market consultation process to determine what solutions there are in the marketplace. The final procurement strategy to be implemented will be advised in the Contract Notice. Interested parties are invited to submit information as detailed in the attached Market Consultation document. All applications will be assessed and meetings held with selected interested parties. Response to this process does not in any way prejudice future participation in the subsequent procurement competition for the concession.
