Procurment of individual catering services from experienced catering suppliers at two locations at a new Extra Care Scheme at an existing catering facility at the Green Man Café located in the Main Office Building of PCH in Catford. This PIN is for information and to instigate a soft market and engagement exercise to be conducted as follows: 1. Register your interest at Catering.Services@phoenixch.org.uk and confirm that you will attend a Soft Marketing Event at The Green Man, 355, Bromley Road, Catford, London. SE6 2RP on the 10.2.2017 which will be held at 10:00. for the Extra Care Catering requirements and at 13:00. for the Catering Services for the Green Man Café. The deadline for registering interest is 8.2.2017. 2. Attend the Soft Marketing Events on the 10.2.2017. It should be noted that PCH are not bound to accept any proposals offered or follow up this soft marketing testing in any way with any interested parties. PCH are not liable for any costs. PCH are seeking to secure a catering supplier to provide house catering services for its new extra care scheme Hazelhurst Court in Bellingham in the LB Lewisham. Suppliers will be required to provide a high quality (fresh hot 2 courses including healthy eating options) mid day and/or evening meal restaurant table service for over 60 residents at Hazelhurst Court. Extra Care enables older people (over 55's) to live independently in their own flat, within a safe, secure and welcoming communal environment which includes access to on site 24 hour care. The meal provision and restaurant style atmosphere is an essential part of this holistic and modern service. The scheme at Hazelhurst Court contains a brand new fully equipped commercial kitchen and servery with both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) café bistro seating. An experienced catering provider is being sought with a proven track record in providing an exceptional customer experience for catering at the Extra Care Home. It is currently envisaged that the Contract will be for an initial 3 year term with two one year options to extend which would be granted only on the results of review by PCH covering performance, quality of delivery and service. Procurement of an experienced catering company to provide Catering Services at The Green Man Café located within the Main Offices of Phoenix Community Housing Association (PCH). The current facilities at The Green Man Café offer a Café for both staff, users (approx 160) and visitors to the building. At present there is a 34 seat Café with a servery and small kitchen set up for preparing and serving hot and cold meals. The Café is fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware. In addition there is an external hardstanding outside the Café with seating for twelve people. The appointment under this procurement would not only cover the Café but also catering at the Green Man for business meetings and training sessions to be provided by PCH and organisations external to PCH together with catering services for larger events including AGM, conference, weddings and birthday events. It is currently envisaged that the Contract will be for an initial 3-year term with 2 1-year options to extend which would be granted only on the results of review by PCH covering performance, quality of delivery and service.
