Tender description

Halton Borough Council is looking for supplier(s) to provide either: media buying services; direct provision of print or online/digital advertising. Advertising forms an important part of the Council's overall marketing activity and is used to promote/deliver statutory and other relevant information about the Council services to the residents of Halton. As well as offering the most competitive rates, the chosen supplier(s) should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Halton, media specialism, provide comparative media analysis, advise on new media techniques and offer support in research, planning and delivery of advertising campaigns. This contract is to cover Halton's requirements for the advertising opportunities including those, but not exclusive to those listed below: - Print — Run of Paper. — Four Page Newspaper Full Wrap. — Recruitment. — Listings/Classified; Public/Statutory Notices. — Sponsorship. — Creative Design concepts or amendment of existing supplied artwork. Online/Digital. — Button/Tiles. — Banners & Leaderboard. — Skyscraper. — MPU. — Site Takeover. — Video.
