Open Tender 1617- 0014 Islington Street Outreach Services to Prevent and Reduce Rough Sleeping and Street Population related Anti Social Behaviour Many thanks for expressing your interest in the contract named above. Public Protection and Housing & Adult Social Services would like to procure an outreach service to reduce the risks associated with the street population in Islington (which includes rough sleeping, begging, street drinking open drug and sex working markets). Islington Council has been commissioning street outreach services for approximately 12 years. A street outreach service is required to limit the impact of street population related anti social behaviour in Islington and to reduce the harm to vulnerable individuals.
