Tender description

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of Parking Enforcement Services Islington Council is seeking to appoint one contractor to a single supplier framework agreement. Contracts based on the framework agreement shall follow the terms of the framework agreement including how a contract is concluded. The arrangement will be monitored against a range of indicators which the provider will be expected to achieve. The details of these indicators will be included within the contract specification and the successful organisation will need to demonstrate they have the capability and capacity to meet these requirements. The services will be required by Islington Council and other participating organisations who may access the framework agreement. Those organisations are: London Borough of Haringey, London Borough of Tower Hamlets and London Borough of Waltham Forest. Current status / Background Islington, Haringey, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest have agreed to enter into a joint procurement exercise, seeking market interest, methodology of service delivery and pricing for the provision of a range of parking related services. The requirement A Supplier to provide On-Street / Off Street Parking Enforcement / Management resources and expertise in line with the Traffic Management Act 2004, Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and any other relevant legislation.
