SSD1606 Provision of Hard of Hearing Services - North/South Derbyshire

Derbyshire Adult Care are inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of Hard of Hearing Services. The services will support people who have a hearing impairment that is either a lifelong or an acquired condition. The service will help people to stay independent and manage their condition through a range of interventions The services will be tendered as two Lots serving the North and South areas of Derbyshire. This is to enable easy access to appropriate information and advice for individuals with Hearing Loss and their carers. Lot 1 – North Derbyshire Lot 2 – South Derbyshire. We are seeking providers with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality services alongside health and social care partner agencies, to clients eligible to receive these particular services. The successful organisation or consortium will be required to evaluate and evidence the impact of service delivery on the lives of clients living in Derbyshire. Keywords: SSD1606
