Tender description

Devon County Council (DCC) requires a Comprehensive Accreditation Scheme Provider (CASP) for the Southern Construction Framework (SCF). SCF has been set up as a collaborative initiative between DCC and Hampshire County Council (HCC), as a multi lot regional construction framework currently 3 Lots with 26 contractor places in total, however, most of the contractors work across more than one Lot. This framework draws together the existing construction framework expertise into 1 overarching arrangement. Each of the contractors admitted to the framework will be required to hold accreditation with the tenderer appointed following this tender process. All accreditation fees for the CASP will be payable throughout the period of the contract by the contractors and accreditation fees will not be payable by DCC or HCC. Tenderers will be required to have direct experience of delivering a comprehensive accreditation service. Although the estimated contractual value is below the current OJEU threshold, Devon County Council has decided to run this procurement as an open OJEU process to procure these services.
