Warwickshire County Council wish to put in place a multi provider framework for the provision of high quality comprehensive assessments and reports that conform to Civil Proceedings Rules, that can be relied upon by the Council and, where directed, the courts to inform care planning and support for children and young people which is in their best interest. Children and Families Services may commission independent assessments on adults and children to inform their work or to support the court in reaching a decision at the conclusion of family proceedings. Reports may be jointly commissioned during the legal process Independent social work assessments may be commissioned under the direction of the court in respect of a specific case management issue or by Children's Services where an independent parenting assessment is necessary. Assessments will be in accordance with instruction in the ISA. They must contain a summary of the expert's conclusions and recommendations. The purpose of this PIN is to invite interested parties to participate in a workshop. Warwickshire CC will be holding a Provider Market Test Event at Montague Road, Warwick, CV34 5LW. An Open tender process will be conducted to put a multi provider framework in place to provide Expert Services -Independent Psychological and Independent Social Work Assessments To take part in the tender process you must register your details on www.csw-jets.co.uk as all tender documentation will be issued via this portal. This framework arrangement is not exclusive and Warwickshire County Council is not required to call off under it. Coventry CC and Solihull MBC may also access the framework if required.
