Tender description
Lincolnshire County Council is issuing this PIN to engage with the Market in relation to providing Strategic Market Support to the Adult care and Wellbeing Market. Please note that we intend to reserve the Contract under Article 77 of the Public Contracts Directive. This PIN relates to a Schedule 3 ‘Social and Other Specific Services’ service under the new 2015 regulations (light touch regime) and will be only be bound by Section 7 of the Act and the underlying treaty principles. Please send any expressions of interest to me through Pro-contract by the 22.8.2017.
