Tender description

The successful Suppliers will be required to provide catering services to a Cluster of schools in Cornwall. The contracts cover the scope for the provision of all catering services within the schools, which also includes free issue requirements. (Further information is available in the procurement documentation.). The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services to the School. The tender will be managed on a group basis, however each school will be required to have their individual operational budget and contract and may wish to appoint the Supplier they would like for their particular school. As the contract will not therefore necessarily be awarded on a group basis, Suppliers will have the option to show additional financial benefits on a separate upload if one or more schools were to be awarded to one Supplier. The contract/s will be awarded for three years with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract/s. The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services to the following schools: i. Looe Primary Academy, Hay Lane, Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1JY ii. Gunnislake Primary Academy, Chapel Street, Gunnislake, Cornwall, PL18 9NA iii. St Cleer Primary School, Well Lane, St Cleer, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 5EA iv. Blisland Community Primary School, Waterloo, Blisland, PL30 4JX v. Pelynt Primary Academy, Pelynt, Looe, Cornwall, PL13 2LG vi. Polruan Primary Academy, St Savour's Hill, Polruan, Fowey, Cornwall, PL23 1PS vii. Polperro Primary Academy, Brentfields, Looe, Cornwall, PL13 2JJ viii. Darite Primary Academy, Darite, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 5JH ix.
