Running & management of 2 wards at Wharfedale Hospital, Leeds.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS are seeking a partner organisation to assist in the day to day running and management of 1 x 26 bedded ward at Wharfedale Hospital which will provide a step down bed facility. A further 1 x 2 bedded ward at Wharfedale is required to provide a Community Care Bed facility The partner organisation will be required to staff each of the units to pre agreed levels of staff over 7 days a week x 52 week. The partner organisation will be required to hold CQC registration in its own right as this will be the registration used under which the care is provided. The partner organisation will provide all required fixtures, fitting and furniture in order to provide the required levels of care. The partner organisation will be responsible for all consumables and products required in providing care along with patient feeding and meals. The resultant contract will be for a period of 5 years with a single operator. It is anticipated the contract will start 1st November 2017.
