Tender description

Who Speclialist Work With The work will be based within the Digital Team so will be delivered to the Head of Digital. Collaboration will be required with in house User Experience Designer and IT team. What Specialists Work On To support our digitisation plans, we are planning to implement a Design Pattern Library (DPL) to enable us to manage and control our content more effectively and provide a more consistent, responsive user experience. Resource is needed to build the templates, style sheets etc. that will reside in the DPL. The DPL creation will run in parallel with in house HSE projects to digitise our internal and customer facing processes. Where the Work Takes Place HSE requires the successful Contractor to be North West based. It is expected that work will be carried out in Redgrave Court, Bootle on 1 day per week, with the other days flexible. The Contractor may also occasionally be required to attend meetings in other HSE sites, if required. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Resource will be needed for 2 days per week, for (estimated) 4-6 months which will cover the initial build as well as handover to in house resource for ongoing maintenance. Travel and Subs not payable for travel to Bootle office but for travel to other meetings, it will be payable in line with HSE agreed rates.
