Provision of Web Design Development, Migration and Support Services

Tender description

The Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) is Ireland’s independent energy and water regulator The CER seeks web development, design, migration, hosting, maintenance, support and associated services. The CER has an existing website which can be found at www.cer.ie. During 2017, the CER will be rebranding to the Commission for the Regulation of Utilities (CRU) The new website will need to be designed based upon the new CRU branding. All documents, content and Meta data on the existing website will need to be migrated to the new website and restructured for an enhanced user experience targeting two distinct primary audiences, (i) Consumers and (ii) Industry. The service provider must also make provision to address the needs of the media, as a separate secondary audience requirement.
