Tender description

In its 6th year Winterval is Ireland Premiere Christmas festival with well over 1 million visitors since 2012. The Winterval illuminates light show is the marquee free event for the festival with the light show is projected onto the historic Deanery building in Cathedral Square, in the Viking Triangle, Waterford City’s historic heart. In 2017 Waterford City & County Council require a suitably qualified and creative company or individual to supply unique animated content based on a Christmas theme to be agreed with the festival team.
