Tender description

Demolition of former factory located at 31 Lucy Road. The project will involve, soft strip, removal of asbestos containing materials and demolition of building by machine and hand. On completion the site is to be left clean and tidy and hoarding is to be installed to the existing perimeter fencing. Additional drainage is to be installed to assist with surface water run off. The tender is managed through the Council's E-Procurement Portal.
