Tender description

Hampshire County Council operates 5 Country Parks throughout the County — Lepe, Royal Victoria, River Hamble, Queen Elizabeth and Staunton. Each park has a unique offer including educational and social welfare programmes with strong heritage elements and expansive outdoor areas for walking, fishing, nature watching and mountain biking. Additionally, Hampshire County Council manages Calshot Activities Centre which offers archery, canoeing, climbing, sailing, skiing, track cycling and windsurfing. The contract shall be for the supply, installation and subsequent maintenance of equipment as defined in the Specification and Pricing Schedule within the time-scales specified at these 5 Hampshire Country Parks and Calshot Activity Centre. The requirement is to install an ANPR system at all sites by March 2019, implemented from Autumn 2017 on a rolling basis. Site roll-out is dependent on detailed discussions with Hampshire County Council at the start of the project delivery phase. Contract duration October 2017 - March 2023 (5 years and 6 months) with the option to extend in annual increments until March 2025.
