Installation of an LED Communal Lighting System at Wellings & Glenister Houses

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at Wellings House and Glenister House. Wellings House (UB3 3PN) and Glenister House (UB3 3PP) are general needs schemes located at Avondale Drive Hayes Hillingdon. The blocks comprises of 88 dwellings spread across twelve floors. Hillingdon requires the Commulite lighting system or equal and equivalent product (to be approved by Hillingdon's representative) to be installed within these buildings. The new Communal Lighting System (or equal and equivalent) works will broadly comprise of the installation of 310 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 8 Control Panels with 8 local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block
