Tender description

ICT Perimeter Secure Management Services. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably accredited companies to deliver a range of ICT Security related services including: 1. 24x7x365 threat detection and response in respect of the Council's established ICT Infrastructure. 2. Communication with identified Council officers providing advice as appropriate and relevant to each identified threat. 3. Policy management and software maintenance on relevant security devices within the ICT security infrastructure. The contract will commence on 1 July 2018 for a period of 5 years with a potential extension period of up to 3 years. Potential suppliers must be able to recognise the requirements placed on Scottish Local Authorities and demonstrate familiarity in dealing with these.
