Rochdale Borough Council Adult Care, NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and partners are committed to working together to improve the community provision for people and families facing Dementia. We have been reviewing some of the demographic changes for clients as they grow older and live longer taking into account the feedback from families of people with dementia. As a result, Rochdale Borough Council is delighted to offer the market an exciting opportunity to work with us on a service for people with Dementia.
