Tender description
Cornwall Council is commissioning services that deliver community based day support. The contract will be outcome focused. This means that Cornwall Council will not be prescribing a specific delivery model. Providers will need an operating model that will achieve outcomes that are appropriate for the individual attending the service. Cornwall Council aims to commission services that deliver better outcomes for individuals, and recognise that the service needs to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet this effectively. All services will meet key requirements around health and safety, staff training and development, safeguarding and a person centred service. Contract information The framework agreement will be for a maximum of 4 years. Initially there will be a 3 year term with an option to extend for a subsequent year subject to negotiation. The budget is circa 3 000 000 GBP per annum.
