Tender description

The works in this package comprise the construction of new emergency access tarmacadam link between the eastern end of the housing site with the existing access road to Seadale Caravan camp. The new length of track will tie in with the existing access road as detailed and a new footway to the western edge of the existing access road will be constructed. The Contractor is to include for all necessary works including excavation, disposal of excavated material, hardstandings, drainage, traffic signage, lighting, liaison with local and statutory authorities and all other associated works. All Ground risk to be borne by Contractor.
