Tender description

NTMA, together with ASI and AOE, is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of escrow agency and custodian services in respect of funds which Ireland is required to recover from ASI and AOE pursuant to a State aid decision of the European Commission. The relevant funds are expected to be placed and retained in escrow, pursuant to an Escrow Agent/Custodian Agreement with the successful tenderer, pending the outcome of the applications for annulment of the European Commission's decision. The duration of the Escrow Agent/Custodian Agreement cannot be fixed at the outset (notwithstanding section II.2.7) below); it is expected to remain in place pending the outcome of those applications.
