The supply of the Youth Service’s Youth Activity Hubs. The contractor shall provide young people, aged 12 to 19 (and up to age 25 if they have a disability), with access to free, accessible, high quality and well publicised positive activities which embed the Council’s commitment to promoting healthy living, supporting young people to achieve their aspirations; and to the delivery of the Council’s core youth offer.
