Crawley Borough Council - Leisure Facilities Management Contract

Tender description

Crawley Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest in the form of a completed Selection Questionnaire from suitably qualified partners who wish to participate in the tender to manage the Council's leisure facilities which include K2 Crawley Leisure Centre, Bewbush Leisure Centre and Broadfield 3G pitch and pavilion. A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was issued in respect of this procurement process on 9th June 2016, in order to advertise a Market Interest Day which took place on Friday 14th July 2017. The Council has determined that this procurement falls within the Light Touch Regime as provided for within the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015 and as such is not subject to the full requirements of the Regulations. The Council has chosen to broadly follow the principles of the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation, although has chosen to adapt this approach to meet the Councils specific requirements as allowed for within the PCRs. It is intended that the Selection Questionnaire will be used to shortlist a maximum of 5 organisation to take forward to the tender phase.
