Tender description

The Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the construction of Ramsgate Fire Station and Training Facility. The development site covers an area of approximately 0.57ha. It is proposed to redevelop the site as a Fire Station and training facility. The redevelopment will necessitate the demolition of the existing swimming pool building and associated structures, and the construction of a new building and ancillary structures. The main building will be located in the south-central part of the site and will comprise a 2-storey fire station block comprising offices and welfare facilities and a 2 storey block comprising training rooms and associated facilities.
