Tender description

Childhood Obesity Service. See below for more information on each Lot. Universal service targeting those with the highest needs, based on local health and population data. Services will be delivered across all areas of Hackney and the City of London in Children's Centres and other appropriate venues. This will include workshops on various topics of healthy weight for families with young children, supporting Early Years settings. Also included is a 0-5s Targeted Provision for support of families of 2-4 year olds for healthy eating practices and tailored support for children identified as being overweight or obese at the 27 month review and families. The maximum price for Lot 1 is: c. 200 000 GBP per annum. Universal service targeting those with the highest needs, based on local health and population data. Services will be delivered across Hackney and the City of London in schools and other appropriate venues. This will also include a training and education model for professionals and a targeted provision for children and young people who identify as being overweight or obese from the NCMP collected data. The maximum price for Lot 2 is: c. 180 000 GBP per annum.
