Chepstow School - Tender for Catering Services.

Tender description

The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for Chepstow School. The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the school, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements. The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1.8.2017 and concluding on 31.7.2020 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis offering a fixed annual return to Chepstow School. The contract currently offers a financial return each year to Chepstow School with all hospitality and free issues being charged at net food cost only. It is expected that the successful contractor will have experience in the requirements of the Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards & Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013 ~ http://gov.wales/topics/educationandskills/schoolshome/foodanddrink/healthy-eating/?lang=en ~ and be able to offer innovation and forward thinking during this contract term. As part of this tender submission we expect offers of inward capital investment to be made to fund the development of a cashless catering system within the school. There is also a desire to provide a separate catering servery point within the 6th form common room, to be able to provide a catering service that meets the needs of these pupils during the contract term.
