The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for Bolton Sixth Form College. Bolton Sixth Form College is the only specialist sixth form college in the town of Bolton. With a state-of-the-art town centre campus it is 1 of the highest performing colleges in the North West of England. Catering for approx. 1 400 students, the college has a ground floor coffee shop and a 4th floor restaurant / student social area. The Client is keen to ensure that students and staff are encouraged to use the on-site catering facilities and that the food offer is enticing and appropriate to the student and staff population whilst offering best value for money to the college itself. The Client is seeking a Supplier to manage its catering facilities who has the relevant experience and expertise in the sector and the drive and innovation to maximise the potential of the catering service. In addition to provision in the coffee shop and restaurant there is the requirement for occasional hospitality including tea and coffee trays, buffets and working lunches. The contract will commence 21.8.2017 for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract value (over the initial 3 years of the contract) is approximately 400 000 GBP.
