1.3 Key Areas of Responsibility The successful contractor will be required to: — Conduct a survey of both spaces and have the project fully researched and costed. — Submit the project proposals. — Deliver the project in compliance with current Building and Health and Safety Regulations. — Complete the project within budget and to a time frame and schedule of works as agreed. 1.4 Main Tasks The successful contractor will: — Conduct a survey of Screen 1 and have the project fully researched and costed. — Conduct a survey of Screen 2 and have the project fully researched and costed. — Engage with consultants as to best practices to fulfil the project. — Deliver the project cost/budget, guidelines, timeframes and proposals to the IFI in the form of a submission. — Remove all existing seats, carpets and soft furnishings as required from both Screens. — Allow for any preliminary carpentry works as required for both screens. — Provide a full suite of seating options and colour schemes to the IFI for both Screens. — Supply and fit seating for both Screens. — Provide a full suite of carpet and soft furnishing options to the IFI for both Screens and the stairs entrance to Screen 2. — Supply and fit for both Screens. — Provide a full solution of acoustic panelling options to the IFI for Screen 2. — Supply and fit acoustic panelling for Screen 2. — Supply and fit new door into Screen 2. — Provide a full suite of floor lighting options to the IFI for both Screens. — Supply and fit floor lighting for both Screens. — Provide a full suite of wall and down lighting options to the IFI for both Screens. — Supply and fit wall and down lighting solutions for both Screens. — Re-paint and or touch up entrance areas. — Dispose of all waste generated from the project. — Deliver the project in compliance with current Building and Health and Safety Regulations. — Complete the project within budget and to a timeframe and schedule of works as agreed. — Have complete transparency on all external costs associated with the project.
