The client is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Architectural lead Design Team (ADT) Consultants, who will provide on a phased basis complete Project Management and Design Services for the project, including: — Architectural Design — Project Management — Conservationist Architect Assessment (Grade 1) — Civil/Structural Design — Mechanical / Electrical Design — Cost Control / Quantity Surveyors — Fire Safety Design — Project Supervisor Design Process — Archaeologist (licensed).
