Notice of Abandonment of Procurement Employers Agent GREEN0405 — OJEU Contract notice 2017/S 114-229711 In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice despatched on 16.6.2017 under reference 2017/S 114-229711 for the above Contract. For avoidance of doubt Greenfields Community Housing (Greenfields) will not be awarding any contracts under this tender procedure.
